Canada: free standard shipping on orders of CAD $300 or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping. US shipping is charged at checkout; free shipping does not apply. Allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

Estimated transit after dispatch: Western Canada 2–4 business days; Eastern Canada 3–5; United States 4–8. US orders ship DDP: MUTU covers import duties, import taxes and customs brokerage fees. If a carrier asks you to pay these charges, contact us before paying.

Request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery and ship it back within 7 days of approval. Items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags and packaging. For size or preference returns, customers pay return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not deduct shipping covered by our free-shipping offer or US import charges paid by MUTU. For a different size, return for a refund and place a new order.

For a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. After confirmation, a replacement or refund is provided at no cost.
