Free shipping on Canadian orders over CAD $300. Orders ship from our Canadian warehouse; allow 1–3 business days for processing.
Estimated transit after dispatch: Western Canada 2–4 business days; Eastern Canada 3–5; United States 4–8. US import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags. For size or preference returns, customers pay return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return for a refund and place a new order; exchanges are not offered.
For a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. After confirmation, a replacement or refund is provided at no cost.
