Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date, based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Defective Returns (Size, Fit, or Preference)

Returns due to size, fit, style, or personal preference are considered non-defective returns.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for non-defective returns.

If the item does not meet your expectations, you may:

  1. Return the item for a refund

  2. Place a new order separately

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Start a Return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
